Background of CD14-antibody

CD14 is a human membrane glycoprotein that plays an important role in the immune system. It is a receptor that is widely present on the surface of monocytes and macrophages, and is involved in the recognition and response of the immune system to bacteria and pathogens. CD14 typically interacts with Toll-like receptors (TLRs) to regulate the activation of immune cells and inflammatory responses.
