Background of Vandortuzumab

STEAP1 belongs to the STEAP family of metalloreductases that can form homotrimers or heterotrimers with other STEAP proteins. STEAP1 has an established functional role in promoting cancer cell proliferation, invasion, and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition.
