Background of 1452C11-mIgG1

CD3 is a protein complex and T cell co-receptor that is involved in activating both the cytotoxic T cell (CD8+ naive T cells) and T helper cells (CD4+ naive T cells). The anti-mCD3 145-2C11 mAb is commonly used for cytometry detection and in vivo depletion of the T cell population.
