Background of huAT01H3L2-hIgG1

Toll-like receptor 7, also known as TLR7, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TLR7 gene. Orthologs are found in mammals and birds. It is a member of the toll-like receptor (TLR) family and detects single-stranded RNA. DS-7011a is a monoclonal antibody against TLR7. It can effectively block the conduction of TLR7 signals and has potential application value in the treatment of related diseases.
