Background of VSTB112-hIgG1

VSTB112-hlgG1, a high affinity-specific humanized hlgG1 antibody against VISTA.VISTA(V-domain immunoglobulin suppressor of T cell activation)has become a current focus of research.VISTA not only acts as a ligand expressed on antigenpresenting cells, but also functions as a receptor on T cells.VISTA was identified as a V-set receptor that suppresses T cell-associated response for immune evasion and survival in several human cancers, such as prostate cancer, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and colorectal carcinoma.
