同型对照是指使用与一抗具有相同物种来源、相同亚型、相同剂量以及相同免疫球蛋白类型和亚型的抗体作为对照。同型对照也属于阴性对照，其主要作用是确认一抗的结合具有特异性，而非由 Fc 受体介导的非特异性结合，或与其他蛋白发生非特异性相互作用。
